If you have lost your Toyota Charging Network card, please follow these steps to order a replacement:
- Log in to your Toyota Charging Network account using a web browser.
- Navigate to the Contracts section.
- Within the Charging card tile, click on the Manage card button.
- Select the Lost my card option.
Note: Please be aware that there is a small fee for the replacement card.
What happens next:
- Your old card will be blocked to prevent unauthorised use.
- A new card will be sent to you by post in a couple of business days.
- Upon receiving your new card, you will need to activate it in your account using a web browser. Read about it here.
Activation and usage:
Once activated, your new card can be used at all charging stations shown on the map with charging card authentication method.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the card to be fully operational.
