Check the charging station's status:
- Before heading to the station, verify its availability or operational status in the app.
- If the station is marked as "out of order", try an alternative station nearby.
Authentication via app:
- Confirm that the charging station supports authentication via the app or QR code. You can find this information by selecting the charging station in the app.
- If supported, use the "Start" button in the app for authentication, as this may work more reliably than scanning the QR code on the station.
Report technical or physical issues:
- Contact the charging station operator directly for assistance. The operator's service hotline is typically displayed on the charging station.
